Chamfer Edge Forming 45-1/4 in. Shank Carbide Tipped Router Bit

This 45 chamfer Router bit has a 1/4 in. cutting depth and a 1/4 in. shank. While chamfer bits are mostly used for edging, these bits can also be used to create miter joints of various angles. Some of the available angle degrees are 11.25°, 15°, 22.5°, 30° and 45°. Cutting these angles into 2 adjoining pieces of wood will create miter joints of 22.5°, 30°, 45°, 60° and 90° respectively.
